Quality Analysis Meeting for the Year 2025

Quality is the foundation of an enterprise's development, and an effective and continuously improving quality management system is the soul of the enterprise's high-quality development. Continuously pay attention to quality, constantly learn and reflect, and be responsible for the customers.

The quality control department presented various problems that occurred throughout the entire year of 2025, analyzed the causes, and also discussed the quality situation of the suppliers. General Manager Victor, based on the actual analysis results, put forward the following requirements to all employees:

1.All product quality issues will be resolved within the factory. Any abnormal products will not be released.

2. The quality analysis results of all supplier components are promptly summarized, and continuous improvements are made to prevent quality issues at their source.

3. Plan the quality requirements for the year 2026.
