This gate valves are designed well in every detail. The wedge is fully vulcanized with approved EPDM rubber . It features an outstanding durability due to the ability of the rubber to regain its original shape, the double bonding vulcanization process and the sturdy wedge design. Features:

Wedge inside and outside fully rubber vulcanised, with special guiding rails to minimize friction.

Solid flexible wedge nut from pure brass material. Homologated for drinking water and certified according to EN 1074.

The watertightness for the spindle is obtained with three O-ringsstemseals. 

Bonnet bolts in Galvanized carbon steel, sealed with hot melt to prevent corrosion. other material upon request.

Coating - Electrostatically applied WRAS Approved fusion bonded epoxy coating. Technical information
